SALLIS Wireless Lock Integration
Overview
Salto SALLIS is a wireless door locking system that integrates with Integriti via the Salto SALLIS 8 Door Interface hub. The hub connects to an ILAM or SLAM module’s RS485 LAN reader port, allowing Integriti to manage up to 8 SALLIS wireless locks through a single hub.
⚠️ The Salto SALLIS 8 Door Interface is a hub — NOT an ILAM. It connects TO an ILAM or SLAM; it does not replace one.
Hardware Requirements
- Integriti ILAM or SLAM (Integriti only — SLAM supports 1 hub, 2 doors)
- Salto SALLIS 8 Door Interface hub — one per group of up to 8 locks
- SALLIS wireless locks paired to the hub via Salto’s programming application
Connection
- Connect the SALLIS 8 Door Interface hub to the ILAM or SLAM RS485 LAN Reader Port using twisted-pair cable.
- The hub appears as a group of doors/readers on the RS485 bus.
- Configure each lock/door in Integriti as a standard door — the SALLIS hub handles all wireless communication.
Legacy Router/Node Systems
The archived Integrating with the Salto SALLIS RF lock system Version 4 guide was written for controller firmware V2.5.0.16523 and documents an older Salto Router/Node architecture. Treat that procedure as legacy guidance for matching installations; do not apply its topology or licensing assumptions to current SALLIS 8 Door Interface installations.
Licensing
- V20.0 firmware onwards: No wireless door license required. SALLIS locks use standard Integriti Door licenses (996940).
- Pre-V20: Smart Card Wireless Door license 996024 (Salto SALLIS Door Integration, per door) was required. Now obsolete.
