Integriti V20.0 restructured the licensing model into four product editions: Express, Professional, Business, and Corporate. The primary focus was simplification — condensing over 75 licenses down to 37. Each edition bundles a set of features; most remaining licenses are for specialised expansion. The licensing model uses a perpetual software license with an optional annual Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA), managed via the Inner Range KeyPoint portal.

Smart Card Level Licenses Removed: From V20.0 firmware, all controllers support maximum expansion capacity (250 doors, 100,000 users, 3,000 inputs, 100,000 events). No level licenses needed.
Smart Card Included Features: Integriti Mobile App connections, Virtual Modules, C-Bus Lighting, Wireless Doors, and Locker Banks are no longer licensed — all included with V20.0 firmware.
Specialist Smart Card Licenses: High-Security Fence (996025) and Honeywell Fire (996239) remain but are now once-off purchases (no longer quantity-based per virtual module).
Edition Selection Guide
Express: Small sites with a single controller. No integration requirements. 0 clients — requires operator login at the server.
Professional: Mid-size installations needing multiple controllers, 3rd-party integration capability, mobile access, and Communicator/DUIM/Photo ID. 2 floating clients.
Business: Enterprise applications using CCTV (32 cameras base), Active Directory, web interface, and advanced reporting. 5 floating clients.
Corporate: Fully featured enterprise-grade software. All features included: Advanced Alerts, Guard Tour, SNMP, unlimited CCTV. 30 floating clients.
⚠️ Licensing Notes
Upgrade Eligibility
New systems: Up to 24 months of upgrades from purchase date (covers the calendar year purchased plus the following year).
Existing systems: An upgrade fee is required after the included period. The fee is calculated based on total software license value.
Pre-V20 existing sites: Upgrading to V20 automatically upgrades the edition to match existing licensed features. Example: Professional + Advanced Reports → Business.
Locating the License Key
Open Integriti System Designer.
Log in and navigate to License Manager (under Licence tab or main menu).
Product Key(s) are displayed in the License Manager interface.
Server-Tied Licenses: Add-on software licenses are tied to the Integriti Server, not individual controllers.
Cloud Dependency: Mobile Access requires an active connection to the IR Connect cloud service.
API Requirements: The XML REST API license (996950/996951/996952) is required before 3rd-party integrations can interface with the database.
Downgrade Warning: Downgrading from a higher edition requires a full database reinstall. Rolling back firmware or databases to unsupported versions can cause synchronisation failures or render units inoperable.
